Many of our valued CU1 members are joint account holders. Your Member Service Agreement states that any joint member on an account can view and access all "suffixes" or sub-accounts that share the same member number. In the past, you may have requested an exception to this, but effective May 1, 2023, these suffixes are consistently viewable and accessible by any joint account holders in Online Access, member statements, etc.
Note: Loans are also viewable by joint members of an account; however, joint members are not responsible for any loan that they're not a signer on.
