Why is there a long wait time when calling the Member Service Center?

At certain times each month, Credit Union 1 experiences a higher than normal call volume in our Member Service Center. Thank you for your patience! Previously, the credit union has contracted with a third party vendor to handle overflow calls; however, as we have grown, this vendor has been unable to accommodate such high call volume. Currently, we are in the process of adding additional phone lines and operators to our Member Service Center, to improve your experience in the future.
