You are prompted to answer security questions during Online Access login for the following reasons:
- You are using a new or unrecognized device to log in.
- Scheduled security maintenance has occurred in Online Access.
- Certain transactions have been conducted on your account.
- The “cache” has been cleared on your device.
Once authentication is complete, you may choose “remember my device” to skip this step during subsequent logins. However, it is our standard practice to occasionally present security questions for account verification. We value your online safety and are happy to help keep you protected!
To update your verification method to text or email authentication codes, simply log in to Online Access, click Settings at the top of the page and then choose the Security tab.
