How do I activate my new debit or credit card?

To activate your card, follow the directions on the card sticker or call (833) 681-3456.

Personal Accounts
Members will need to provide:

• Full 16-digit card number
• Expiration Date
• Last 4-digits of SSN*
• Date of Birth*

* Joint Cardholders must use the primary member's SSN and DOB

Business Accounts
Members will be prompted to enter:

• Full 16-digit card number
• Expiration Date
• 3-digit CVV code
• Last 4-digits of SSN or EIN
• Zip Code
