Not necessarily. If your device is equipped with fingerprint or facial recognition, you will use Fingerprint ID or Face ID instead to login to the CU1 Mobile App.
If these options are not available on your device, then you can choose a 4-digit PIN to alternatively access your account.
Note: Devices with Fingerprint ID and Face ID technology will not have the option to use a 4-digit PIN.
