If you (the parent) would like your child to have access to their account without you being present, we can remove this restriction if the child is able to provide a valid ID, sign their name and complete a new Member Service Agreement.
If another person other than the child's parent wants to open the account for the child, both the person and parent must complete an Authorization to Establish Minor Account form as the parent will not have access to this account.
