      Can I use my member number as my Online Access username?

      No. Your username must be different from your member number.

      Username Requirements

      Password Requirements
      • Your username must be unique (meaning it cannot be identical to other users in the system).
      • Your username must be at least 6 characters in length.
      • Your username may NOT contain your member number or Social Security Number.
      • Your Online Access password must be between 8-20 characters.
      • Your password must include at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number, and one special character.
      • Your password may NOT contain your member number or username.
