Yes! Credit Union 1's Online Access service allows you to make loan and credit card payments anywhere you have internet access. Use our Online Transfer feature to pay your CU1 loan or credit card bill or use our Bill Pay program to electronically send your payment to another institution.
You can also call our Member Service Center at (907) 339-9485 any time to pay your loan by phone with a credit or debit card. If you'd prefer to pay online, this service can be found in Online Access or the CU1 Mobile App under quick links > Pay Your Loan with Card or ACH. Whether by phone or via Online Access, there is a $5 fee to pay with your credit or debit card from another financial institution.

Currently, only primary members are able to make payments online with a debit or credit card, but in the future we hope to extend this service to joint account holders as well!
