Yes, but only basic services are compatible. Although Credit Union 1 is not able to offer specific assistance for these third-party vendors, the Intuit website offers top-notch online support for their products. They can even remotely access your computer to help solve issues if you’d like!
If your automatic download does not begin, it may be because Intuit needs to release a product update in order to be browser compatible. While awaiting this update from Intuit, you can manually download Online Access transactions via the following steps:
- Log in to Online Access
- Click the account suffix from which you would like to download transactions.
- Use the search function to narrow your date range as desired.
- Click on the “export” icon and choose the appropriate format for the product you are using – i.e. Quicken or QuickBooks.
- Log in to your Quicken, QuickBooks, or Mint program and import the file.
Tip: If you're having trouble downloading transactions to Quicken, QuickBooks, or Mint, please note that CU1 uses the most current and secure version of internet browsers when communicating with Intuit products such as Quicken, QuickBooks, and Mint. If your automatic download does not begin, it may be because Intuit needs to release a product update in order to be browser compatible.
