      How do I update my contact information?

      Here are four convenient ways to update your personal account information at Credit Union 1:

      1. Log into Online Access and select Settings from the Control Panel. Select the Contacts tab and you will see options to change your Addresses, Phone Numbers and Email Addresses.
      1. Call a CU1 representative at (907) 339-9485.
      2. Complete the Change of Address (PDF).
      3. Mail us a signed statement of your new information.
      4. Stop by a CU1 branch to meet with us personally.

      To change your name in our records, you must visit a CU1 branch location. Bring a photo ID such as your driver's license for identification.
