Credit Union 1 offers two forms of Snapshot service. Both options have the same convenient purpose: to give you a “snapshot” of your account balance(s) and recent transactions!
- Snapshot within the CU1 Mobile App allows you to view your available balance without logging in to your account. To activate this feature, open the app, click Menu > Settings > Snapshot and choose which accounts you would like to be viewable. Once activated, you can view the available balance for your accounts from the app login screen, with no login necessary.
- You can also access Snapshot when calling the credit union's Member Service Center (MSC). Our phone greeting will give you the option to access SnapShot by entering your Telephone Access Code, and then you'll be able to hear your balances and last five transactions from savings, spending and credit cards (if applicable). If you still have questions after listening to Snapshot, you can press a button to be transferred to our MSC.
